Hi! I’m John, a university student from Canada with a big dream to travel the world. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, I moved to Toronto to finish high school and continue my studies.
My ultimate goal is to make full-time travel a reality, and I’m determined to make it happen!
Why I Started This Blog
I’ve always wanted to explore the world, and there’s just so much out there to experience. I want to immerse myself in different cultures, see iconic sights, and learn from the diversity of people and places.
For now, my priority is getting a college degree, as my family expects. But once I discovered that travel bloggers can earn an income remotely, I saw a potential path that might allow me to merge work and travel someday.
After countless YouTube tutorials and some serious brainstorming, I launched this blog in March 2021. Balancing school and blogging can be a challenge, so I made a commitment: I’d use the time I would have spent commuting (about two hours each day) to work on this blog.
So far, it’s been rewarding! The blog is growing, and I’m excited to share travel guides, tips, stories, and more. Join me on this journey to explore the world together!
